Barriers
Business excellence from the information technology (IT) perspective involves ensuring business continuity, data and system security, and reporting timeliness and accuracy despite rapid growth and aggressive expansion plans of the healthcare organization. Baptist Health’s IT department was challenged with a heterogeneous technology infrastructure that was unable to adequately scale to new business demands. In addition, many systems and practices in place were inefficient, and the IT organization needed to make more effective use of its time.

The Solution

Symantec Consulting Services played a key role in helping to deploy Symantec Security Information Manager and upgrade to the latest release of Symantec Control Compliance Suite.
