We develop targeted curriculum and mentoring programs to aid organizations in developing critical leadership, sales management, strategic/global account management, customer support and inside selling skills. These programs provide the individual coaching and mentoring to ensure the “stickiness” of the skills provide a platform for permanent change in the behaviors that are required for individual and group level success.

Coaching and Professional Skills Development

Coaching and Professional Skills Development is a proven approach to enhance and measure the professional skills development of your client facing organizations.

This customizable methodology is designed first to help our clients assess skill levels and then match the required skills to the specific assignment or task of each employee. After the initial assessment, Alchemy Group uses a library of over 65 proven communications, customer service, sales and sales leadership skills to develop a program uniquely suited to your selling and customer support environments. All of our programs consist of five phases that are performed in succession to assess, develop, deliver, measure, and sustain the objectives defined for each skills development program.

A key attribute in providing effective skills development programs is the ability to create “stickiness” around the skills that have been identified and linking those skills to job performance. Alchemy Group provides formal coaching services for all training programs to ensure what is learned on-line or in the classroom is integrated into the employee’s daily activities.

Coaching is the key to “Stickiness”. More than 80% of the Alchemy Group deliverable is provided after the Instructor Led Training (ILT) or On-line program. One-on-one coaching and support is a key ingredient to ensure the “stickiness” at the individual level. We’ve found that the best way to build skills and ingrain the principles necessary to practicing them, is to work with professionals and their managers in a one-on-one setting.

Alchemy Group has developed a unique approach to measuring the effectiveness of each skills development program. Improvements in job performance begins one person at a time. After all, we have agreed they are your most valuable asset is human capital. Developing highly efficient processes to measure the Skill Adoption Rates (SAR) is as important as the skills themselves. Of critical importance is comparing the SAR to improvements in specific job related functions. This is where Alchemy Group can demonstrate professional growth of staff members directly linked to improvements in job performance.
